   March 22nd Back Blast
   24 Post, No FNGs
   Sweet 16/Elite 8

   Broke into teams of 12. Sixteen stations around the campus of Stranahan. Merkens/Diamond Merkens/Wide Merkens/Pull Ups/Dips/LBC/American Hammers/Pedal Pushers/Regular Sit Ups/Mt. Climbers/Burpees/Wall Jumps/Wall Sits/Defensive Slides/Lunges/Squats

   Each team started at a different station: did 16 reps, ran a 1/4 mile around the school. Came back and finished with 8 reps. Then moved on to the next station. Completed 16 reps, ran a 1/4 mile around the school, came back and finished with 8 reps before moving on and repeating. Goal was to complete all 16 stations and get 4 miles of running. Believe most groups finished 13 stations and ran over 3 miles.
