The Thang:
We completed the following movements. After each round we ran a lap around the school. Before moving to the next number we had to repeat the number prior. So, for instance on our third round we completed 1 Ascending Gentlemen, 2 Lieutenant Dans, then went on to 3 Mountain Climbers and finished with a lap around the building.

7- squats with Block
8- Thrusters with block

10-Sit ups with block

We stopped at #10 and completed the following: We all got on our six and passed all the coupons for 2 min. Next leg lifts in the air for 2 min. After that plank for 2 min. Following that we held the coupon in low squat for 2 min. Finally we held the coupon over our heads for 2 min.
