It snowed the night before, so the parking lot was a little wet and icy, so modified the original plan to keep everyone off of the ground, except Merkins at the very end.
Warm-Up
SSH, Mozie to the end of the parking lot and back
Round 1
Rifle Carry Block to and from Odd Cones
Odd Cones – 5 Thrusters
Mozie to and from Even Cones
Even Cones – 10 Jump Squats
Center – 15 SSH
Merry Go Round – jog around the circle for a bit
Round 2
Rifle Carry Block to and from Odd Cones
Odd Cones – 15 Curls
Mozie to and from Even Cones
Even Cones – 10 lunges (2 is 1)
Center – Imperial Walkers

Odd Cones – 5 Trifecta Merkins – 1 uneven merkin on each side of the block and 1 incline merkin on the block
