Warmup: Motivators
Thang: Ladder workout of nine excercises, each for a baseball position player. Starting with Pitcher, the goal was to put together a “team” before time ran out. After each round, PAX would karaoke to the end of the parking lot and back. If the songs “Boys of Summer” or “Centerfield” came up in the crappy tunes mix, all PAX did Monkey Humpers for the duration of the song.

2nd Baseman – 15 Diamond Merkins
3rd Baseman – 30 LBCs
