We stayed together the entire time. We ran around parking lot. Bear crawl from one end of the parking lot all the way to the flag. We stopped a few times to get in some additional exercises. We repeated a few times. Then we did a circle of pain. It was an “all play” so each member of the PAX had the opportunity to lead. Sweetness, Rocketman and 5 0 each stepped forward to lead their favorite exercise in cadence. We ended in a circle of trust.
