Used the three lamp posts across the parking lot. Duck walk to 1, then lunge to 2, then frog jump to 3.
50 fast feet on the curb
Reapeato
High knees to 1, sprint to 2, jog to 3 back and forth 4 times.
Work round 2: Groups of 2. 1 group curb fast feet, 1 group squat, 1 group calf raises. 1 group 5 kicks (R and L) five burpees on bag.
End round:
4 minutes SSH, high knees, up-downs, fast feet.
COT: Prayed for families dealing with loss, men and women exposed to the weather, and for those who have to work outside. It was a good leg day.
