Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    A typical no warm up – why??? Just the average rock stars came out you know it’s Sunday. Sideshow crushes it, Sipe well we know, Bullock of course, and yes we all would benefit fro eating less animal byproducts. Rubble keeps the pace for all… Dirty brought Bullet our new mascot and a hell of a motivator. I tried to figure out how to Q successfully copied Mini, thank you. Success, Sunday’s should not be skipped only used for sculpting. See you in the morning. Smails.
