Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    On this day, Sipe attempted to recreate the very first Toledo F3 workout.

    First we ran to the bus garage.
    We did: ssh, inch worms, squats, merkins, mountain climbers, and peter Parker’s.

    Next we ran to the stairs and 3 times snaked the stairs and did 10 merkins and 10 monkey humpers.

    Next we ran to the soccer field and did:
    5 burpees, squats, 50 lbc’s , and skaters.

    Next we ran to the track and did 7’s
    Diamonds and plyo lunges
    Then we did 11’s
    Flutter kicks and side lunges

    Next we ran to the tennis courts and did leg lifts.

    We didn’t get the entire way through the work out. I probably had us running too far or too many reps plus the original workout was an hour.

    The pax’s were Ollie, Gap, Dirty, Mayor, Tupac, Bullock, and Sipe.

    I appreciate the opportunity to lead.
