Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Props: Dumbells 12, 15, 20, 25 lbs and several block

    Eight exercise stations lined up in a row.

    1. Burpee x 10
    2. Lateral Arm Raise with 10 or 15 lbs – x 20
    3. American Hamme with 15 lb (2=1) x 20
    4. Curl and O/H Press w/ 20 lbs. x 20
    5. Klinger Kick (2=1) x 40
    6. Kettle Bell whil pivot on block w/20lb. x 20
    7. Mike Tyson x 20
    8. Burpee x 10

    9. One lap around parking lot

    10. Repeat 1 – 9 2 times.

    COT: Prayers for families struggling with loss of loved ones due to violence.
