Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    2. Forward Raise x 20 with 12 or 15 lb weight
    3. Crunchy Frog x 20
    4. Standing Rows x 20 with 15 or 20 lb weight
    5. Kettle Bell x 20 with 25 lb weight
    6. Leg Raise x 20
    7. Squats x 20 with 20 lb weight
    8. Revere Lunge x 20 with 20 lb weight
    9. Burpees x 10
    Run Lap around parking lot
    Repeato 1-9
