Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    PAX – Jennay (Q), Bourbon, Woodstock, Stark, Popeyes, Spaulding, Bongo, Landslide, Hannibal, Geppetto, Mile High, Casper, Zelda
    Opening – Started off with core principals, mission statement and COR. Brief discussion on what significance the Murph workout holds and remembering Lt. Michael Murphy.
    The Thang
    – 1 Mile Run
    – 100 Pull Ups
    – 200 Push Ups
    – 300 Squats
    – 1 Mile Run
    Pax were challenged to complete as many reps in the time allotted (35 Minutes)
    Ended with COA, NOA, the 6 (Casper), Announcements and closed w/ COT.
