Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    30 degree start in the in the gloom, Began in the extended COT where we went over the usual, F3= Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. F3 Mission Statement is to plant grow and serve small men’s workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. Core Principles are – Our workouts are: Free of charge, Open to all men, outdoors, lead by one of the participants in a rotating fashion, and always ends in the circle of trust (COT). We opened up with a quick lap around the parking lot went over the beatdown and got to work. The beatdown was:
    Pair up in Groups of 2 (possible 1 group of 3)

    40 Yard Dashes (Each Direction is 1) 2 Sprints

    Pull-Ups / Chin-Ups 30 Team
    Burpees 30 Team
    Big Boy/Shoulder Press (Progressive Count) 20 Each
    Imperial Walkers (2 is 1) 40 Team
    Duck Walk to Station #1

    Everybody busted butt and got through about 2 rounds. We ended in the COT. Did the counterama, namerama. went through brief anouuncements and prayers. Special mention to Hazmat’s family on the loss of his Mom and Bongo’s Mom struggling with her health. We love you brothers and our prayers are with you! I also wanted to thank the PAX for, once again, letting me lead a a group of men that I love as my brothers and respect as men!! Always a humbling honor!!
