Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

All but two guys sit in a row, elbow distance apart. They will be doing Russian Twist as they pass blocks down the line.
The two remaining guys will be on their feet (one at either end).
First guy will gather loose blocks and hand them to the first guy in line of guys on ground.
The other guy will be receiving the blocks at the other end. He will place the blocks in order to make a tall wall (The Berlin Wall). Be safe…If the wall falls accidentally, everyone has to do 1,000 burpees.
Once the wall is finished,
Everyone gets in high plank and holds as long as possible. Whoever holds plank the longest gets to tear down the wall.
Q yells “Mr Gorbachev, tear down this wall” and the last man holding plank knocks it down.
