Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Ruck around close park perimeter with the following exercises every 20 seconds:
    Merkins 4×10
    Squats 4×10
    Bent over rows 4×10
    Shoulder Press 4×10
    Straight Leg dead lifts 4×10
    Ruck Sack Swings 4×10
    Diamond Merkins 4×10
    Calf Raises 2×10
    Reverse Lunges 2×10
    Single arm rows 4×10 each arm

    Nougat led us in a 5 minute Yoga stretching routine to close out the beatdown

    Ended in a COT. Many prayer requests were mentioned and we prayed for those requests

    Most Past then rushed to Executive Diner for delicious food and bad coffee.
