Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    25 side straddle hops, 3 minutes of stretching

    Beatdown
    At Start
    Parking Lot Parade
    5 Merkins, Bear Crawl to next parking space, repeato until the end of the lot. Wait for the 6. Same thing back to the beginning.
    5 Squat Jumps, lunge walk to the next parking space, repeato until the end of the lot. Wait for the 6. Same thing back to the beginning.
    5 dips, crab walk to the next parking space, repeato until the end of the lot. Wait for the 6. Same thing back to the beginning

    Wall Crawling
    25 American Hammers – 2 = 1 – Spiderman Wall Walk
    25 Crunchy Frogs, Spiderman Walk Walk back
    25 Klinger Kicks – Spiderman wall walk
    25 Gas Pumps – Spiderman wall walk back

    Around the Parking Lot
    10 Burpees, lap around the lot
    20 Horsey Ups, lap around the lot
    20 Mountain Climbers (2 = 1), lap around the lot
    20 Hand Release Merkins, ½ lap around the park
