Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

The Thang:
125 side straddle hops
Beatdown broken up into three sections: upper, lower, whole body.
First section: 10 of merkins, shoulder taps, dips, air presses. 100 yard run. Rinse and repeat for time.
Second section: 10 of squats, lunges, box jumps, duck squats. 100 yard run rinse and repeat for time.
Third section: 5 plyo merkins, burpees, sit outs 100 yard run. Rinse and repeat for time.
Each section was broken up with a rest. Abs of various pain levels.
Today was all about your mindset. In Muay Thai, the truth of whether or not you trained as hard as you could will come out when the bell rings. Do you want to be found out as a liar?
