Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Warm-Up
    15 side straddle hops, 10 windmills, 1 minutes of stretching

    Beatdown
    At Playground
    Round 1
    5 pull-ups
    10 surfer get-ups
    15 American Hammers – 2 is 1
    Run to the Crayons and Back
    Repeato for 10 minutes

    Round 2
    5 feet-ups or 5 kick-outs
    10 squat kicks – 2 is 1
    15 decline merkins
    Run to the Crayons and back
    Repeato for 10 minutes

    Parking Lot Parade @ Start
    5 Merkins, Bear Crawl to next cone, do 6 Merkins, repeato until the end of the lot. Wait for the 6.
    Butt-kick down and back 3 times
    5 dips, crab walk to the next cone, 6 dips repeato until the end of the lot. Wait for the 6. Race back to the beginning. Repeato 3 times.
    5 mountain climbers (2 is 1), duck walk to the next cone, 6 mountain climbers and repeato until the end of the lot. Wait for the 6.
    Karaoke down and back 3 times

    Finished with Guantanamo
