boot camp, Toledo

Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    The Thang:
    -5 core principles
    -8 sprints to warm up
    -bear crawl to 1st cone, 5 burpees and run to next cone, 5 lunges(1 is 1) and run to 3rd cone, 5 big boys and run to final cone, 5 monkey humpers and run backwards to starting position for one completed round
    -repeato increasing reps each time(10, 15, 20, 25 and 50) each round, start back at 5 if all rounds completed
    -5 minutes of Mary-going around the circle and different Pax members leading us in an ab exercise in cadence
