Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

Mild panic set in as we started and the q realized we had an odd number of men. Luckily for all of us, Mr Belding made the long haul from Brint Crossing to join us and even out the sides.
Started w a reverse Indian run w two burpees.
Lined up facing each other. The first team in line would be on the sled. They would team push it 38 yards and back (76 yards total for America, 1776. Get it?) the next team in line would call out their assigned move for the rest of the pax. Most moves were cardio or ab based. The move was performed until the sled team returned. Then rotated. When a complete revolution occurred, we ran a reverse Indian run. We repeated this 3 times (did 4 laps).
We took a poll for “who wore it better” tank top edition. Unanimous vote found that we all prefer Klinger in a tank over Colonel (not present).
Tclaps to klinger to bringing water for the children and only calling out my cadence error. Shout out to Brita for keeping his band of merry pride rock men in line.
El chapo voted MVP by me.
Great job on the pre run by Beaker, rubble, jeter, and Brute.

Strong 6 by poodle speaking about what the group has meant to him for consistency. He is also curious if Froman is still alive. Brita informed us he does not like the offensive language so we will work on that.

Prayers for all involved w the incident at the Quarry. Prayers for America, the troops and first responders.

    Bless up
