Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!
BB for Stonewolfe 7/10
Started of with the five core principles. No FNGs. Warm up with SSHs. Then a mosey over to the track.
The thang:
Stood in circle and a member of the PAX would go pick a card from a bowl and each card represented an exercise. The person drawing the card would call out the exercise, then we would do said exercise for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest period. We did this for ten rounds then ran a lap. Came back to the circle and repeato. Got through 3 rounds of that.
The cards were as follows:
2s – merkins
3s – lunges
4s – burpees
5s – big boy
6s – squats
7s – plank jacks
8s – Lt. Dans
9s – LBCs
10s – diamond merkins
Jacks – jump squats
Queens – inch worms
Kings- dips
Aces – klinger kicks
Ended in COT and NOR. 10 pax showed up:
Minnie, klinger, Jeter, Bubbles, Sipe, Ollie, Brita, Brute, Tidwell, wake, Minnie
Bubbles was the 6, fairly new, only been out a week, but loves the beatdowns and the accountability. Would certainly not get up that early to workout if not for our group. Been a blessing in his life.
