Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

    Team Competition Back Blast
    Q: Brute
    13 PAX No FNGs
    Covered 5 Core Principles
    Started with some stretching/Split into 4 teams

    Mosey to track: Cone at each of the 4 end zones: South side east end zone had 25 Squats and Bear Crawl 100 yards to North side east zone. North side east end zone big boy sit ups and backwards sprint to North side west end zone. North side west end zone merkins and lunge to South side west zone. South side west zone burpees and sprint to South side east end zone. Every member of PAX made it around the track once.

    Team then mosey to bleachers where the team collectively had to complete 400 Calf Raises, 300 Dips, 200 Step Ups and 100 Decline Merkins, team mosey to side building. Collectively team completes 300 Klinger Kicks (2 is 1), 200 plank jacks, and 100 donkey kicks. Finish with a lap around the school.

    COT: announcements: Q school this upcoming Saturday. Prayers for PAX members recovering from injuries, victims of the recent shootings and anyone suffering illness.
