Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!
Perfect weather to get better in early morning hours at Stone Wolfe. 20 men showed up to get better.
We started the morning with the 5 core principles. After a mosey to the track we formed two teams of 10 men. We would remain in these teams all workout. We ran indian run laps as teams. We stopped after each of the two laps and did 10 burpees in cadence. We mosied back to the flag and prepped for relay races. There would be 3 positions on each team. The man working, on deck (did imperial walkers) and the rest of the pax. Each The waiting pax all performed a Chelsea style workout. Every 60 seconds a timer would ding. When it did, we all did 5 merkins (1 is 1), 5 mountain climbers (4 is 1), 5 high knees (4 is 1), 5 butt kicks (4 is 1) and 5 squats (1 is 1).
The winning team got to issue a punishment to the losing. Cones were positioned 35 yards apart.
Relay one was- 5 weighted big boys, single arm DB carry down and back
Relay 2 was uneven farmers carry w 35 lb KB and cinder block. At the cone, 5 burpees, return to start
relay 3 was weighted big boys and 45 lb bear crawls
relay 4 was walking lunges.
