Started off with 5 core principals.
Then did SSH warm up.
The thang.
We ran suicides today, did an exercise that the Q called out along with reps, then did suicides, waited for the 6 then called out next exercise. After we had completed 4-6 exercises we Bear crawled to the last cone, waited for the 6, then did a lap around the building.
Repeato, however with different exercises. We did this 4 times. Exercises were:
Round 1: Suicides after every exercise
7 Donkey Kicks
10 Freddie Mercurys
10 Diamond Merkins
10 Jump Squats
10 Big Boy sit ups
Bear Crawl – then lap.
Round 2: Suicides after every exercise
7 Donkey Kicks
10 Plank jacks
10 Mountain Climbers (2 is 1)

Bear crawl – then lap
Round 3: Suicides after every exercise
