   LBH- Little Baby Hills

   It was a beautiful morning to run through the dewy grass of Stonewolfe… so that’s what we did. The fine landscapers at Sylvania Schools were kind enough to provided us with wee little hills lining the western portion of the track. This was the AO for today’s beatdown.

   THE THANG:

   First, we mosey’d halfway around the track with a little follow-the-leader to warm up (high knees, butt kicks, shuffle, etc.).

   Then, the following exercises were completed in batches, separated by a run up and over the four mogul-like hills alongside the track and back to our rally point under the flag pole.

   Set 1:
   Side Straddle Hops x20 in 4 count cadence
   Merkins x20 in 4 count cadence
   Mountain Climbers x20 in 4 count cadence

   Set 2:
   Partner Leg Throws x20 OYO
   Flutter Kicks x20 in 4 count cadence
   LBC x20 in 4 count cadence
   Low Hanging Fruit x20 in 4 count cadence

   Set 3:
   Skiers x20 in 4 count cadence
   Ski Jumpers x20 in 4 count cadence
   Donkey Kicks x20 OYO
   Bropees x10 in 6 count cadence

   Set 4:
   5 minutes of planks… variations were called out (high plank, twist, John Travolta, low plank, etc.)

   • Count-O-Rama: 17
   • Name-O-Rama: Scrooge, Sipe, Moll, Cogsworth, Rusty, Commodus, Hedgehog, Mr. Belding, Android, Mater, Ticket, Jeter, Sideshow, Mailman, Poodle and Kitty as Q. Nickel was our FNG and named as such because he is a fireman on the East Side- 43605.
   • Know the 6: Belding
   • Intentions and BOM led by Kitty- There were several comments made by the pax about situations around our community that cannot be described as anything less than catastrophic. It’s important to remember how fortunate we are. Sometimes our mountains aren’t really mountains, but are just Little Baby Hills.
