    This Wednesday morning 13 paxs took on Sipe’s latest workout.

    We warmed up with a series of exercises in cadence:

    25 side straddle hops
    25 plank jack shoulder taps
    25 floor hops

    We followed this with of course, elevators.

    Lunges – each leg
    Climb the rope abs

    We then headed to the practice field.

    We rotated through with:

    One person does 10 bench presses with 45 lb Dumbbells

    One person does 10 close grip bench presses with 40 lb Dumbbells

    One person does 5 ten count bench presses with 35 lb Dumbbells

    The rest of the paxs did diamond jump single leg burpies the whole time.

    Next we did each for one minute:

    Flutter kicks
    Windshield wipers
    Straight leg sit ups with two twists at the top

    Finally we ended with sprints

    The paxs were Hedgehog, Jeter, Mole, Doyt, Motorboat, Scrooge, Kitty, Elena, Commadus, Bolluck, Sideshow, Link, and Sipe.

    As always it was an honor.
