Ticket, Holth, Minnie, Beaker, Mailman, Hustle, Mater, Gap, Oz, Splinter, Bullock, Commodus, Brita, Mole, Sipe, Jeter, Kitty, Dirty, Tidwell and YHC got together for a basic beatdown. Nothing fancy here. Nothing to look at. Just mind your damn business.
Anyway, we got things going with some SSH, windmills and merkins IC.
Then the party really got hot with four laps around the track. As guys finished, they began a circuit of 40 squats, 30 BBSU, 20 hand release merkins and 10 6 count hand release burpees. Guys that finished early started the circuit again until the 6 did the entire circuit.
When the gang was all done with the circuit, repeato with 3 laps and then 2.
Due to time constraints we didn’t get to 1 lap. The guys didn’t seem to mind.
