Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Beautiful day at Faith Hill. We began with an Indian Run around the school, accompanied by 4 stops of 10 burpees. Next, Pax partnered and did a series of Bear Crawls and Lunges while their partner did exercises (Tysons, Plank Jacks, LBC/BigBoys, Merkins). Following that there was a second Indian Run with Peter Parkers and Burpees at the the stops.
To finish we did an assortment of exercises and runs from the start to the WildCat.
