PAX – Brute, Pinewood, Hedgehog, Mayor, Irish Springs, Mailman, Tidwell, Tucky, Rubble, Link, Ollie, Patch, Scrooge, Splinter
Filling in for Sipe, felt it was best to have a merkin focused beatdown and put in some time on the hill.
Warm-Up – Mosey over to flag pole and back to top of the hill.
The Thang:
Round 1 – 4 Sets
13 Merkins / Squat Jacks
Run Down / Run Up
Finish with the 6
Round 2 – 4 Sets
13 Diamonds / Big Boys
Run Down / Back Pedal @ Cone
Finish with the 6
Round 3 – 4 Sets
13 Spiderman Pushups / 2 is 1 walking lunges to Cone and then run rest of the hill
Round 4 – 4 Sets
13 Catalina Wine Mixers / Squats
Run 1/2 Up, Bear Crawl Rest of the way
Did a couple elevators to finish as a final tribute to the Great Sipe.
It was a blast putting in the work with you men this morning. No better way to start off the work week!
