Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

Finished up with Abs—30 bicycles, 30 crunches, 30 mountain climbers, 60 second plank, 30 leg lifts, 30 American hammers, side planks 60 seconds 30 mountain climbers 30 bicycles, 30 second plank.
