Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    In Attendance: Tucky, Pixar, Smails, Brute, Brita, Mickey, Mr. Belding, Simmons, Bluto, Mater, Valdez.

    Work Out:
    – Warm up lap around the school
    – Exercises with 10 Reps of each
    + Overhead Pumpkin Press
    + Pumpkin Curls
    + Squats with Pumpkin
    + Incline Merkins on the Pumpkin
    + Decline Merkins on the Pumpkin
    – Run the hill (or the drive)
    + Pumpkin Skull Crushers
    + Big Boy Sit-ups with Pumpkin
    + Pumpkin Press (bench press style)
    + Pumpkin Dead Lift
    + Pumpkin Straight Arm Lift
    – Run the hill (or drive)
    Repeated it for a total of 5 times
    – 10x Klinger Kicks holding pumpkin in the air
    – 10x American Hammer Jacks with pumpkin
    – Cool down lap down the drive
    Total Work Out time was 40 minutes.
