Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.
F3 principles
Warm up run around the school to the back parking lot.
Three groups of 3 ran to 5 different lengths 10, 20, 30, etc.) while the other 2 on the team did exercises. (Double merc burpees, lunges, big boy sit ups, merkins, flutters. Each member of the group ran to each cone before moving on to the next.
Ran back to start up position.
Announcements: need new cite manager for Northview. Mr. Belding is taking over Cherry St. No cans were donated.
