Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.
On this day Sipe got the men of F3 ready for the big game.
As Sipe has done lately he started with Sally.
Next we went on about a mile run.
Finally we partnered up and one ran the hill while the other did 20 burpees, 50 merkins, 50 squats, and 50 big boy sit ups.
The pax’s were Sleeves, Dirty, Simmons, Mailman, Abou, Sideshow, and Sipe.
Always an honor.
