Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    20 side straddle hops
    10 thrusters
    10 step up merkins – next to block, on top of block, next to block is 1
    1 lap around the building

    Split people up into groups – hopefully of 2, but we’ll make due either way. Have a block at each station. Label small cone with the exercises.

    Stations – 2 rounds – lap around building to finish
    Wheelbarrow your partner down, he brings you back. Extra guys can do bear crawl. This is the timer for the group. When they finish everyone rotates.
    Curls – with cinder blocks or weights or Crunchy Frogs
    Cinder block swings or American Hammers
    Chest press with cinder block or Klinger Kicks
    Around the World Merkins – use curb or Scissor Kicks
    Shoulder shrugs with the hand cart loaded with blocks or LBC’s

    Split group into 2 teams – log carry Indian Walk. Pass the log from first person back, person by person, last guy sprints with log up to front. Repeato until the end of the race. Which went from the parking lot to the light post in the parking lot.

    Those in attendance were – Bluto, Mailman, Schmails, Jake the Snake, Sideshow, Mr. Belding, Dirty, Mayor, Mickey, Cousteau, Bullock, Tucky, Beaker.. Q’d by Beaker.
