   November 19th Back Blast
   Q: Brute
   Suicides in 60 seconds
   23 Total Post: 1 FNG.

   Split into two Teams: Team 1 and Team 2.
   Started with jog half way around building.
   Team 1 did as many widths as possible in 60 seconds: goal was 16. While team 2 planked, then teams switched.
   Round 2 was widths for 90 seconds while other team did wall sits, then teams switched.
   Round 3 was widths for 180 seconds while other team did jump rope, then teams switched.
   Round 4 was widths for 240 seconds while other team planked, then teams switched.
   Width is 50 feet (width of a basketball court)

   Next Up Suicides, 150 yards.
   Course 1: Baseline was 15 LBCs, foul line was 15 burpees, Half Court was Squats (hands touch the ground), other foul line was 15 burpess and other baseline was LBCs. Every time you returned to the first baseline you had to do 15 LBCs
   Course 2: Baseline was 15 merkens, foul line was 15 big boy sit-ups, Half Court was Squats (hands touch the ground), other foul line was 15 big boy sit-ups, other baseline 15 merkens. Every time you returned to the first baseline you had to do 15 merkens.

   Each team was able to complete close to both courses.
   COT: Jeter was the six, welcomed new FNG: Bernie Toby now known as Jar Jar, other PAX included Beaker, Kitty, Hedgehog, Cogs, Minnie, Jeter, Commodus, Oz, Bullock, Mole, Ticket, Ollie, Dirty, Speedo, Belding, Deuce, Mickey, Billy Bob, Juice, Colonel, Link, Twitty, and Brute.

   Announcements: Christmas Party on December 8th and t-shirt order ending November 25th.
