   22 Pax showed up on a windy morning to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year… Christmas Countdown!

   QIC – Ollie

   Pax:
   Mayor, Colonel, Ozzie, Rose, Mole, Mickey, Hedge Hog, Bullock, Tweety, Cogsworth, Juice, Tidwell, Jeter, Minnie, Commodus, Dirty, Speedo, Beaker, Mater, Kitty, Ticket, Ollie
   Warm-up:
   1) Windmills – 20 in cadence
   2) Lap around parking lot past Natatorium back to the practice field and up the hill

   The Thang:
   Pax gathered in a circle in the parking lot at the top of the hill. QIC had 22 exercises lined up in honor of the 22 days until Christmas! Each exercise would be 25 reps. After every 2 exercises the Pax ran down to the bottom of the hill and back up

   1) Back Lunge (2 is 1)
   2) Squat Jacks
   3) Squats
   4) Crunch Frogs
   5) Donkey Kicks
   6) Tricep Dips
   7) Pike Merkins
   8) V-ups
   9) Reg Merkins
   10) Mt Climbers
   11) Squat Jumps
   12) Flutter Kicks
   13) Side Straddle Hops
   14) Inch Worms
   15) Shoulder Press
   16) Big Boy Sit-ups
   17) BURPEES
   18) Shoulder Taps
   19) Diamond Merkins
   20) Diagonal Toe Touches
   21) Plank Jacks
   22) Wide Merkins

   550 total reps and 11 times up/down the hill… everyone made it to Christmas Day!

   COT:
   Always energized and inspired in the COT and this morning did not disappoint as Mickey shared his story as the six and the high degree of accountability within this group. Love the energy Mick!
