   Went through 5 core principles

   F3’s Mission is: To plant, serve and grow men’s small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership
   • Free of charge;
   • Open to all men;
   • Held outdoor, rain or shine, heat or cold;
   • Peer led in a rotating fashion by men who participate in the Workout, with no training or certification necessary;
   • End with a Circle of Trust (the “COT”)

   December 10th means we have 15 days till Christmas, so each exercise we completed 15 reps. We ran behind Northview near the tennis courts and started to complete the following exercises for 15 reps. Each exercise was spaced out around 10-15 yds throughout the parking lot.

   Side Straddle Hops
   Air Squats
   Merkins
   Big Boy Sit ups
   Monkey Humpers
   Diamond Merkins
   Mountain Climbers (2 is 1)
   Burpees
   Plank Jacks
   Flutter Kicks (2 is 1)

   After the exercises we ran around the front of Northview and returned to the first station of side straddle hops. A few PAX completed 5 rounds with everyone else at least completing 4 rounds before the COT.

   We came together and did Count o Rama and announcements. Minnie was the 6 and we found out it was his 38th birthday, so Mickey led us in 38 merkins. Intentions and Prayer finished up our morning workout.
