Quick welcome and 5 core principles and we took our weight to the track.
Workout format would be 3 rounds of exercises (5 each in cadence) and then two laps of Indian runs.
Exercises were blockees, squats, merkins, Klinger kicks.
We completed 3 rounds of each (exercises and laps). Each move was completed a total of 60 reps and we ran 1.5 miles.
