Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
Today the pax’s started at the tennis courts.
We crab walked to each line and did captain Thor’s.
Next we sprinted the tennis courts for various distances.
Then we moved to the track.
We ran half lap Indian runs. At each stop we’d add an exercise. They were:
Down on three up on one merkins.
Lunges
Leg lifts
The pax’s were: Smails, Mayor, Bullock, Sideshow, Pinewood, Ticket, and Sipe.
