10/19/2019 @ 5:30 am – 6:20 am – One part Fitness, one part Intellectual, mix in some Fellowship and you have a calorie burn for the body that fuels the soul. Throw in some weight in a ruck sack, head off on a 3-4 mile hike while your mind is led through Q source material straight from the creators of F3.

10/19/2019 @ 6:00 am – 7:00 am – Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. 10/19/2019 @ 6:30 am – 7:30 am – Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc. SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.
